I have been looking through Lee & Herring's other ideas for sitcoms, centred around the surnames of their cast. In the absence of Paxo agreeing to Jeremy Paxman's Pacman, or the River Cottage man throwing it away to do Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Huge Furry Wishing Stall, there are several less celebrity-led ideas which just might work.
